The Portuguese Ocean R&I Agenda, developed by the Portuguese XXX, aims to promote research and development in marine sciences and technologies accounting for the expertise of the national scientific community and the specific challenges with Portugal's placement in the Atlantic.
The agenda considering a medium to long term perspective (2030) is developed over four maisn reflection topics:
- Integrated ocean knowledge;
- Marine resources;
- Climate change threats & Natural hazards;
- Ocean and Society.
